Why Andover Homeowners Choose Skillville Corp.

Homeowners in Andover often need help finding a contractor they can trust with a full renovation, not just a quick fix. Whether it’s a kitchen remodel, a bathroom update, or a full home addition, Skillville Corp. is a licensed general contractor (MA Construction Supervisor License #CS-085188) based in Methuen, MA, serving Andover homeowners for over 10 years.

Our team handles everything from the first design conversation to the final walkthrough, so your renovation stays on schedule and matches what we agreed on up front.

What to Look for in an Andover Home Renovation Contractor

Andover has a lot of older housing stock, which means renovations often come with extra considerations most newer-construction contractors don’t deal with regularly. Homeowners are best served by a contractor who’s licensed, insured, and has direct experience with the kind of updates older homes need.

Skillville Corp. covers basement remodeling, bathroom remodeling, and kitchen remodeling for homeowners across Andover and the surrounding area, along with additions and full home renovations for larger projects.

Complete Home Renovation Services in Andover, MA

Our renovation services in Andover, MA cover the full range of what a home needs to grow with your family or catch up on overdue updates: kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, full home additions, and more.

Kitchen Remodeling

The kitchen is where most of your home's daily life happens. A kitchen remodel changes how you cook, entertain, and spend time with family. We handle everything from custom cabinetry to full layout changes, so the finished kitchen fits how you actually use the space.

Bathroom Remodeling

A bathroom remodel adds everyday comfort and long-term value to your home. Whether you're updating a vanity or doing a full renovation, we design each bathroom to be functional first, then stylish.

Basement Remodeling

A finished basement adds real, usable square footage to your home. We handle basement finishing from framing to final walkthrough, giving you a space that works for a home office, family room, or guest space.

Attic Remodeling

Older homes in Andover often have attic space that's going unused. With the right design, that space becomes a bedroom, office, or playroom. [CONFIRM: attic mold removal add-on and correct location before publishing]

Home Addition

Sometimes a remodel isn't enough and your home needs more square footage. We manage home additions from design through construction, matching the addition to your home's existing structure so it doesn't look tacked on.

Roof Replacement

A roof that's showing its age puts the rest of your home at risk. We handle full roof replacements with materials built for New England weather, so you're not dealing with the same repairs again in a few years.

Siding Installation

New siding protects your home and changes its look at the same time. We install siding that holds up through Andover winters and cuts down on maintenance compared to what's likely on the house now.

Flooring Installation

The right flooring holds up to daily use while fitting the rest of the room's design. We install hardwood, tile, and other flooring types as part of a remodel or on its own.

Window & Door Replacement

Old windows and doors lose heat and drive up energy bills. We replace them with options that seal better and match your home's style, inside and out.

Deck Replacement

A worn-out deck is a safety issue as much as a cosmetic one. We rebuild decks to current code, sized and designed for how you actually use your outdoor space.

Mold Remediation

Mold in a basement, attic, or bathroom needs to be handled before any remodeling work starts. We identify the source, remove the mold, and address the moisture problem causing it, not just the surface issue.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We have been using Bruce and his team to meet all our household improvement needs for a long time. They are very professional, always on time, communicate clearly, and are respectful of our home. Most recently, they did a wonderful job in restoring our house after it got affected by snow storm. The project stayed within the agreed budget. Bruce was transparent about costs and provided detailed invoices. We are very happy with the outcome of the project. Bruce is our go-to person for any project big or small. We would recommend Bruce to all friends and family members.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We needed a new roof. We knew our chimney was old and was going to need repairs as well and Skillville was recomended by a very close friend of ours. Bruce and his team came out and was very professional and gave us a quote that was very reasonable and made it clear that depending on what was under the existing roof, there may be some additional charges if work was needed. Very communicative thru out....there was an additional issue with chimney but we knew that because of Bruce's initial evaluation, they came right out and fixed it.
Always professional, always courteous, and clean! can't go wrong with Skillville

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Skillville did excellent work on my backyard deck. They answered all of my questions - and there were a lot as my needs for the work kept changing each time I got more information about it. They were on time and did all of the work without any interruptions to my work inside. The work and people impressed me with their efficiency and professionalism. I’d definitely recommend them.
